Ilker Ulutas

Ilker Ulutas is a seasoned technical lead with extensive experience in software engineering and team leadership. Currently serving as Technical Lead at Chainbloq Labs Inc. since March 2022, Ilker previously held roles as Senior Development Lead and Senior Software Engineer at Bluecloud, specializing in backend software engineering using Go and AWS. Prior experience includes significant contributions as Senior Software Engineer at Bluenet, where Ilker led the development of the AMA RUC Database Application, transitioning it from a legacy desktop application to a modern PWA. Ilker co-founded M3C Information Technologies and has a strong background in algorithmic trading and telecom projects from work at RTCO Iletisim ve Bilgi Sistemleri. Early career experience includes a research assistant role at Bogazici University focused on wireless communication technologies. Ilker holds a Master of Science in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Boğaziçi University.
