Bruno Griffoul

Bruno Griffoul is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in hotel management and culinary arts. Currently serving as Coordinateur Analyses Marchés Hôteliers et Sourcing at Chaîne Thermale du Soleil since August 2018, Bruno previously held the title of Maître de Maison at Relais & Châteaux from January 2015 to September 2018. Prior to that, Bruno was the Maître de Maison at La Bastide, Maison de Charme en Gascogne, and Director of the Hôtel Restaurant at Domaine de Kerbastic. Bruno's impressive career also includes roles as Directeur d'exploitation at La Bégude Saint Pierre and Chef de Cuisine Propriétaire at L'Auberge de Saint Maximin. Bruno's culinary education includes a CAP-BEP in Arts culinaires from FERRANDI Paris and foundational education from Albert de Mun in Nogent sur Marne.
