Courtney Bennett

Courtney Bennett currently serves as the Director of Strategic Events at Chainguard, a position held since January 2025. Prior experience includes serving as the Leader of Field Marketing at Benchling from August 2021 to January 2025, as well as the Marketing and Events Manager at Syapse, where efforts focused on accelerating personalized care in healthcare. Previous roles include Event Manager at Dolby Laboratories and Yahoo!, where extensive experience was gained in managing large-scale events and budgets. Courtney began a career in journalism and sales at Wine Country Broadcasting, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Communication from San Francisco State University, earned in 2005.
