Alexis Barrett

Alexis Barrett currently serves as Sr. Manager of People Operations at Chainlink Labs, a position held since January 2022. Prior professional experience includes roles at LogicMonitor from October 2018 to April 2022, culminating in a Manager position focused on Global HR Operations and Total Rewards, as well as earlier positions such as Team Lead, HR & Total Rewards, Human Resources Generalist, and HR and Total Rewards Coordinator. Prior to LogicMonitor, Alexis worked at Westmont College from February 2016 to October 2018, initially as a Benefit Coordinator and later as a Human Resources Assistant. Alexis began the professional journey at Calvary Chapel Bible College as an Administrative Assistant from August 2013 to December 2015. Academic achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from California State University Channel Islands and coursework in Business Administration at Mt. San Jacinto College, alongside an Associate of Arts in Biblical Studies from Calvary Chapel Bible College.
