Josiane Menna

Josiane Menna is an experienced professional in global talent acquisition and leadership recruiting, currently holding the position of Global Talent Acquisition at Chainlink Labs. Previously, Josiane served as a Member and Angel Investor at Sororitê, and held various leadership roles at Meta, including Head of Leadership Recruiting and Talent Sourcing for LATAM, as well as positions at Facebook focused on leadership recruiting and management within the LATAM region. Josiane began their career at Fesa Global Executive Search Transforming Leadership, working as a researcher in the industrial and technology sectors. Josiane holds a degree in Business Administration from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, obtained between 2003 and 2008.
