Aaron Acuna Cordero

Aaron Acuna Cordero has significant work experience in the field of recruitment and talent management.

From February 2013 to October 2021, they worked at Excel SoftSources as a Senior Technical Recruiter & Operations Manager. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting technical professionals for U.S.-based companies and managing daily operations.

Prior to that, from July 2008 to September 2011, they were a Recruitment Lead - Team Supervisor at Concentrix. Aaron oversaw recruitment, training, and support for top-performing teams working for clients such as Habbo and Centrinex.

In March 2008, Aaron briefly worked at Pentasia as a Team Resourcer - Recruiter. Their responsibilities included business development, recruitment activities, and reporting for clients in the call center, IT, and online gaming industries.

Throughout their career, Aaron has gained expertise in various aspects of recruitment, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing client relationships.

Aaron Acuna Cordero has a diverse education history. Aaron began their academic journey by completing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Universidad de Costa Rica UCR from 2002 to 2007. Aaron then pursued a Licentiate degree in Film and TV at Universidad LCI Veritas from 2010 to 2018. In the meantime, from 2016 to 2018, Aaron also attended Universidad Cenfotec to obtain a Web Development Technical Degree in Computer Science. In 2021, they furthered their education by attending EUDE Business School for a Master's degree in Digital Marketing.
