Michelle Lin

Michelle Lin is a seasoned professional in compensation and rewards management with a diverse background in human resources and business analytics. Currently serving as Global Rewards Program Manager at Chainlink Labs since May 2023, Michelle previously held multiple roles at Gopuff, including Head of Compensation. Prior experience includes positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate and Associate, and a mathematics tutoring role. Early career internships at PwC and BNY Mellon provided foundational experience in global human resource services and client onboarding. Michelle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Economics Interdisciplinary Studies with a minor in Chinese from Bucknell University.
