Rama Chandran S

Rama Chandran S has a diverse work experience in supply chain management and data migration. They began their career at Essar as a Deputy Manager, where they were responsible for coordinating with the sales team, preparing raw material plans, and interacting with customers for delivery schedules.

In 2013, Rama Chandran joined Chain-Sys Corporation as an Associate SCM Consultant. Here, they handled order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay cycles in Oracle E-Business Suite. They also conducted business process studies, gathered requirements, and analyzed gaps. Additionally, they established solutions for business needs and mapped them in Oracle.

After this role, Rama Chandran was promoted to a Functional Consultant position at Chain-Sys Corporation. In this role, they focused on requirement analysis, functional design, and development support for an ETL tool. They were also involved in cross-platform data porting projects.

In 2017, Rama Chandran became a Senior Functional Consultant at Chain-Sys Corporation. Their responsibilities included coordinating the design, build, test, and deploy phases of data migration projects between ERPs. They also prepared test scripts, conducted training, and supported data management and integration activities. Additionally, they mentored the internal team and assisted with resource planning.

Currently, Rama Chandran is working as a Project Lead for Oracle SCM at Chain-Sys Corporation. In this role, they participate in deep-dive customer business requirements, develop data assessment and migration specifications, and manage project teams. They also conduct user training as needed.

Rama Chandran S completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Amity University from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2005, they obtained a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Central Polytechnic College Tharamani. In 2001 and 2002, Rama Chandran S completed their SSLC at Government Hr Sec School Porur. In terms of certifications, they acquired a certification in SAP PLM in Process Industries from openSAP in 2020 and another certification in Project Management for Project Managers from NPTEL in 2017.
