Geoff Rich has a diverse work experience in various retail and hospitality roles. Geoff started their career in Yogurtini as a Floor Supervisor in 2012. Geoff then worked at McDonald's, where they served as a Food Service Associate, Crew Trainer, and eventually became an Assistant Guest Services Manager. In 2018, they joined Bloomingdale's as an EDP and later became an EDP II, collaborating with vendors and leading a team to meet sales goals. Geoff then transitioned to Fortunoff Backyard Store as a Store Manager, overseeing all aspects of store operations and focusing on customer service and sales. Currently, they are working as the Director of Store Operations at Chair King Backyard Store, responsible for managing the store personnel, payroll, scheduling, and all aspects of operations. Geoff is experienced in recruitment, training, team management, sales strategies, and customer service.

Geoff Rich completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Political Science and Government from Florida State University from 2013 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma in Business and Personal/Financial Services Marketing Operations from Coral Glades High School from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, Geoff Rich holds a certification as a Quickbooks Certified professional, which they obtained through Intuit QuickBooks Training by Real World Training.
