Sharon Saffel is the SVP of Platform Services at Chairish. Sharon has over fifteen years of experience in customer operations and global integrations. Sharon has been with Chairish for two years and has been instrumental in leading the company's transition from a lead generation to a transaction-based business model. Under their leadership, the company's call center operations have transitioned from a cost center to a profit center, reducing support and booking rates by 66% and increasing call center revenues by 350%.

Prior to their work at Chairish, Sharon was the VP of Customer Operations/Global Integrations at LesConcierges (acquired by John Paul). During their four years with the company, they were responsible for designing and delivering on all consumer, corporate, and vendor touch points. Sharon also led the company's Voice of the Customer (VOC) and satisfaction programs.

Before joining LesConcierges, Sharon spent two years as the VP of Air Fulfillment at Expedia, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for leading the air fulfillment team and developing the company's events management business from the ground up. Under their leadership, the events management business grew year-over-year and delivered over $500k in annual revenue.

Sharon Saffel has a Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts and Sciences from California State University, Long Beach. Sharon also went to La Sierra High School.

They are on a team with Letizia Luperini - MD, Pamono, Anna Brockway - Co-Founder & President, and Andrew Denmark - Co-Founder & CTO. Their manager is Gregg Brockway, Co-Founder & CEO.
