Chinmay Naphade

Chinmay Naphade has extensive experience in food safety and quality assurance, currently serving as the Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager at Chairmans Foods since September 2019. Previously, Naphade held similar managerial roles at FPL Food LLC and was a Quality Assurance Superintendent at JBS, where significant improvements were made in plant audit performance and operational efficiencies. Naphade has developed and implemented various quality management systems, conducted numerous internal and customer audits, and led teams in addressing complex food safety challenges. Academic training includes a Master of Science in Food Science from Clemson University, complemented by various research internships and positions that underscore a strong foundation in food safety standards and product quality enhancements.
