Abhijit A. Datta

Abhijit A. Datta currently serves as Assistant General Manager at Chakr Innovation since November 2022, leading efforts to develop sustainable products for the energy market. Prior to this, Datta held various roles at Murata from September 2017 to October 2022, culminating as Lead Electrical Design Engineer, responsible for the development of advanced Li-ion Battery Management Systems. Earlier experience includes work as an Electrical Engineer at Sony, focusing on energy storage solutions, a Research Assistant at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, where involvement was in photovoltaic systems, and as a Graduate Trainee Engineer at Bajaj Auto Ltd, concentrating on vehicular electrical components. Datta holds a Master’s degree in Power Electronics & Power Systems from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from COEP Technological University.
