Neha Dubey

Neha Dubey currently serves as Manager-Legal at Okaya Power Group since September 2023, managing various legal and compliance functions including FEMA, NBFC, and litigation. Prior to this role, Neha worked as Company Secretary & Legal at Eggoz Nutrition from December 2021 to August 2023, and as Company Secretary at Mahendra Educational Private Limited from August 2016 to July 2019, where responsibilities included SEBI listing compliances and private placement requirements. Neha holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Lucknow and a B.Com in International Business/Trade/Commerce from the same institution, along with an educational background in science and commerce from Navayuga Radiance School.
