Athene Ponni

Athene Ponni is a seasoned data engineering and analytics professional with extensive experience in leading data transformation initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Chalhoub Group since September 2019, Athene drives supply chain transformation from a data perspective. Previously, at Emirates from April 2011 to September 2019, roles included Data Analyst and Team Lead, focusing on the development of a new Commercial Data Lake and liaising with commercial business units to enhance system solutions. Prior experience includes IT Analyst roles at Bank of America and World Bank Group, contributing to various projects as a lead analyst and developer. Athene holds a B-Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Calicut.
