Emma Louise Gunn possesses extensive experience in process management and business improvement within the retail and banking sectors. Currently serving as Regional Process Manager for Retail Operations at Chalhoub Group since October 2011, Emma is responsible for driving the implementation of the Retail Operations Digital platform across the region, as well as leading digitalization efforts in retail stores. Previously, Emma held the role of Senior Process Analyst, focusing on business process improvement across luxury retail divisions. Prior experience at the Royal Bank of Scotland Group included various roles in change management and project analysis, contributing to significant projects across multiple international locations. Emma's career began at The Royal Bank of Scotland, where responsibilities included operational support and process measurement. Emma's educational background includes attendance at St Kentigerns Academy from 1993 to 1999.
