Jemma Spencer

Jemma Spencer has extensive experience in executive search and human capital consulting. Jemma is currently working as the Director Executive Hiring at Chalhoub Group, where they are responsible for executive appointments across the company. Prior to this, Jemma was a Partner at Boyden Middle East, where they focused on CFO appointments in the Middle East region. Jemma also worked as a Senior Consultant at Michael Page International and as a Consultant at Robert Walters, both with a focus on finance. Jemma's experience spans over two decades in the industry.

Jemma Spencer obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons degree in Psychology from the University of Surrey, where they studied from 1993 to 1997.
