Marcelle Gadelrab is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leadership development and HR partnership across various industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Chalhoub Group since May 2023, Marcelle oversees HR initiatives for the Fashion Division, managing a workforce of 600 employees. Previously, Marcelle held the role of Learning & Capability Development Specialist at Nestlé, where responsibilities included executing leadership development solutions for MENA. Prior experience encompasses significant roles in Learning & Development and HR consultancy, advising numerous clients on training needs and capability building. Educational credentials include a Certificate in Human Resources Management from The American University in Cairo and a Bachelor's degree in Tour Guiding from Ain Shams University.
