Maya Batrouni

Maya Batrouni is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager currently with Chalhoub Group since October 2021, where previous roles included Talent Acquisition Partner and Consultant. Prior to this, Maya worked as a Human Resources Specialist at ELIE SAAB from June 2020 to October 2021, and as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at ABC sal from August 2016 to May 2020. At ABC, responsibilities included overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process and enhancing the company’s employer brand. Earlier roles included Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR Junior Specialist at ABC sal, as well as HR Officer at RGH Holding and Marketing and Social Media Community Coordinator at Dimpill Design Studio. Maya holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from the American University of Beirut and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Haigazian University.
