Darla Robinson Chrp

Darla Robinson CHRP, CHRL is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager currently leading enterprise candidate sourcing at TD since September 2025. Previously, Darla worked at AMS from January 2013 to August 2025, serving as an Internal Talent Acquisition Consultant/Manager focused on the Americas, and played a crucial role in the acquisition of HirePower. In this role, Darla supported the hiring of senior leadership across North America and Latin America and led a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists. Earlier experience includes a position as Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist and Team Lead at Loblaw Companies Limited, where strong partnerships were developed with Hiring Managers and Executives to fulfill key vacancies. Darla took a hiatus from the human resources field from June 2008 to December 2012 to focus on family responsibilities while also working part-time as a Recruitment Consultant. The career began at CIBC as a Staffing Associate/Recruitment Consultant. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Toronto and a Human Resources Management degree from Sheridan College.
