Nadège Duhamel has extensive work experience in retail and brand management. Starting from 2009, they worked as an Assistant of the Firm's Business Manager at Marie Puce. In 2010, they joined Printemps as a Buyer Assistant. Nadège then moved on to maje in 2011, where they worked as a Seller for a brief period. In 2012, Nadège joined Louis Vuitton as an Assistant Product Manager for Small Leather Goods and also worked as a Buyer on the Women Market at Printemps. From 2015 onwards, they worked at Guess Europe Sagl, initially as a Key Account Manager and later as a Global Key Account Manager and Sales Manager Department Store. Currently, they are employed at Chalhoub Group, serving as the Retail & Omnichannel Director and Head of Brand for Versace and Jimmy Choo.

From 2008 to 2012, Nadège Duhamel attended NEOMA Business School, where they obtained a Master Grande Ecole degree with a specialization in Marketing, specifically in Brand Development and Business to Business Marketing.
