Samer Touma

Samer Touma is currently the VP People at Chalhoub Group, where Samer oversees People Experience and Culture, as well as operations, people & culture, country management, and group management. Prior to that, Samer held various HR roles at Tamer Group, including Recruitment Training & Development Manager. Their responsibilities included conducting manpower planning, recruitment, training needs assessments, and employee development programs. Samer also has experience in sales, marketing, and budgeting as a Key Accounts Section Manager and Carrefour National Team Leader at P&G Division. Samer has a BS in Banking & Finance from Lebanese American University and holds certifications in HR and workforce development.
