Shereen Assal

Shereen Assal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and management across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager at Chalhoub Group since January 2023, Shereen previously held key positions at Alshaya Group, including Country Manager and Senior Operations Manager for the Wellness Division. Shereen's earlier roles encompass Operations Manager and Brand Area Manager for The Body Shop, where responsibilities included overseeing operations across multiple Middle Eastern markets. Shereen's background also includes significant experience at IKEA as a Business Developer for South East Europe, and as a Category Manager at Spinneys Middle East. Shereen's career commenced as Project Manager at Cisco Systems and as Events Coordinator at the American University in Cairo. Shereen holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from The American University in Cairo and an IGCSE in Science from Manor House School.
