Ciana Biasi-Smiley

Ciana Biasi-Smiley has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2018 with a Manager role at Lamont Cafe. In 2019, they served as a Peer Mentor and Advocacy Board Member for the Harvard Organization for Prison Education and Advocacy, a Mindich Public Service Fellow for the Rockaway Youth Task Force, and a Research Assistant for the Department of African American Studies at Harvard University. In 2021, they held a Legal Analyst role at a Criminal Defense Law Firm, a Volunteer Product Manager role at Black and Pink Massachusetts, and a Waitress role at Grendel's Den Restaurant & Bar. In 2022, they served as a Business Operations Analyst at Torch Technology. Currently, they are the Chief of Staff at Chalice.
