Roland Németh has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. In 2020, they became Co-Founder and CTO at Challau, where they lead software engineering of the entire Challau web platform and its component metaverse technologies. Roland also took up the role of Co-Founder and VP of Software Engineering at Challau. In 2018, they were a Freelance Developer and Full Stack Engineer - WebRTC specialist at LivePod.tv. In 2014, they were a Software Engineer at LogMeIn. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Developer at Binga Creative Communication. In 2011, they were a Challenge solver at www.wechall.net and ranked 11th in the country and 554th globally. In 2009, they were a Freelance Video Editor / Steadicam Operator / Flash Animator at OrosCafé.hu. In 2007, they were a Freelance Flash Animator / Cameraman at Hír6.hu. In 2020, they also became an Education Mentor at Flow Academy.

Roland Németh attended Szegedi Tudományegyetem from 2009 to 2014, where they studied Computer Programming/Programmer, General. Roland also holds a certification in Preventing Workplace Harassment from Emtrain.
