Tony Whale

Tony Whale is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience across various roles and organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Challenge Community Services since September 2021, Tony co-founded the Hunter Diversity and Inclusion Collective, advocating for diversity and equity in employment from July 2020 to June 2022. Previous positions include Human Resources Manager at Toronto Workers Club and The Forum, Newcastle University Sport, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Port Waratah Coal Services, among others. Education includes a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management and Management from Charles Sturt University and ongoing certification through the Australian HR Institute.
