Jay Case

Jay Case is an experienced maintenance management professional with a robust background in overseeing maintenance operations across various industries. Currently serving as Maintenance Manager at Challenge Manufacturing since December 2024, Jay previously held the same title at Roskam Baking Company and The Kraft Heinz Company, where responsibilities included managing teams of maintenance technicians and coordinating repair projects in collaboration with engineering departments. Earlier roles include Maintenance Manager at Benteler Aluminum and Michigan Steel Inc., as well as Maintenance Lead at Gallant NA, where Jay was instrumental in establishing preventive maintenance schedules and optimizing stock organization. Jay started a career in maintenance at Uniform Color Inc. as a Maintenance Technician. Jay holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Global Project Management and Global Business Management from Grand Rapids Community College and an Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Auto/Diesel Repair and Refrigeration from Universal Technical Institute.
