Dan Hayes

Dan Hayes has a strong background in technology and IT management. Dan currently holds the position of Group CTO at Challenge-trg Group, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Director of Technology & Operations and Director of Technology at Fletchers Solicitors from May 2020 to November 2021. Dan also has extensive experience as the Group IT Director at Kindertons Group from June 2016 to May 2020. Before that, they held roles as the Technical (IT) Director and Head of IT/Technical at Cybertill from May 2011 to June 2016. Their earlier experience includes positions as an IT Manager/Senior IT Project Manager and IT Project Manager at JJB Sports from February 2006 to May 2011, and as an IT Consultant at Clarke Energy from April 2004 to January 2006.

Dan Hayes has a BSc Hons degree in Business Information Systems from Lancaster University. Dan also received training in PRINCE2/MSP/ITIL from Datrix Training. Additionally, they obtained the CISSP certification from ISC2 and completed A Levels at Winstanley College. Furthermore, Dan has additional certifications including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from QA and Certified EU GDPR Practitioner from IT Governance Ltd.
