Marla Green

Marla Green is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in job coaching, curriculum development, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a Job Search Coach at Challenger, Gray and Christmas, Inc. since November 2015, Marla specializes in providing personalized job transition support. Prior roles include Director of Community Building at the National Community Tax Coalition, where Marla led training and support initiatives for non-profit tax preparation organizations, and Transitions Coach and Consultant at Marla Green Associates. Earlier career highlights include developing leadership curricula for YMCA of the USA, conducting market research for Fortune 500 companies, and teaching English at Lake Forest High School. Marla holds a BA in English Education from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, an MS in Organizational Leadership and Management from Springfield College, and a coaching certification from the Coaches Training Institute.
