Raeann Spencer

Raeann Spencer has a vast experience in business and people development, as well as organizational growth. At Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc., Raeann conducts job coaching for employees who have lost their jobs through phone training. During their time at the American Cancer Society, Raeann managed health initiatives and advocacy, including soliciting corporate sponsorships and running a patient navigation program. Prior to that, at the YWCA of Metropolitan Chicago, Raeann coordinated special events, solicited donors, and developed systems for tracking gifts.
