William Simmons

William Simmons has extensive experience in Human Resources, having worked at the United States Postal Service for over three decades, eventually reaching the position of District Manager. William currently works as an Outplacement Counselor and Job Search Coach at Challenger, Gray and Christmas, Inc, where William provides training and consulting to professionals on job search strategies, interview techniques, resume development, job offer negotiation, and networking. William holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Loyola University Chicago.
