Rob Herringer

Rob Herringer serves as the Head of Business Development at Challenger Sports and the ECNL Director and Team Coach at KC Fusion Soccer Club since May 2025. Previously, Rob held the position of Director of Coaching Education at United Soccer Coaches from September 2023 to April 2025. Between December 2015 and September 2023, Rob was the Assistant Executive Director at Elkhorn Athletic Association and also served as the Executive Director at the predecessor organization, Elkhorn Soccer Club. From December 2004 to December 2015, Rob was the Head Men's Soccer Coach and Director of Soccer at Benedictine College, overseeing all aspects of the soccer program. Additionally, Rob worked as the Director of Coaching Education at Kansas State Youth Soccer Association from May 2005 to January 2007 and as a Language Arts Teacher and Head Soccer Coach at Leavenworth High School from August 2000 to June 2005. Rob earned a BA in English and Secondary Education, along with a degree in School Leadership from Benedictine College between 1996 and 2004.
