Ryan Prentice

Ryan Prentice is an experienced sports management professional with a strong background in football and badminton coaching. Currently serving as a Recruitment Coordinator and Coach Developer at Challenger Sports since September 2010, Ryan also took on the role of Academy Director at Larne Football Club from January 2023 to August 2024, overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of the club’s academy program. Prior to this, Ryan held various leadership positions, including Academy Director at PLAYING FOR THE FUTURE C.I.C. and Head of Youth Development at Glenavon Football and Athletic Club Limited. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Leisure Facilities Management from Glasgow Caledonian University and additional qualifications in golf club management, Ryan's extensive experience spans multiple organizations and roles, focusing on youth development and coaching curriculum implementation.
