Sophie Hansen-Reading

Sophie Hansen-Reading is an experienced operations and project manager currently employed at Challengers since August 2018. Prior to this role, Sophie gained valuable experience as a support worker at Mencap from 2011 to 2014. Sophie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Winchester, completed between 2008 and 2011.
