Carlton Ford is an accomplished arts and philanthropy professional with extensive experience in leadership and fundraising within the music and arts sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director & Consultant for Diaz Inclusion Consulting, Carlton has also been active as a Board Member for Chamber Music America and the New World Symphony, and holds the position of Board Chair for Nu Deco Ensemble, which is recognized for engaging diverse audiences. As a Founding Ensemble Member of VICTORY HALL OPERA and Chief Effective Philanthropy Officer at Taproot Foundation, Carlton has demonstrated a commitment to inclusive arts initiatives and effective philanthropic strategies. Previous roles include Major Gifts Officer at both the Interlochen Center for the Arts and the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, showcasing a strong background in development and fundraising. Educational qualifications include a Master of Music from Rice University and a Bachelor of Music from The Juilliard School, complemented by language proficiency in German.
