Carlton Ford is an accomplished arts and philanthropy professional with extensive experience in leadership and fundraising within the music and arts sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director & Consultant for Diaz Inclusion Consulting, Carlton has also been active as a Board Member for Chamber Music America and the New World Symphony, and holds the position of Board Chair for Nu Deco Ensemble, which is recognized for engaging diverse audiences.
