Caitlin Beresford

Caitlin Beresford has a diverse professional background with significant experience in customer support and design. Currently serving as Team Leader of Customer Support & Payments at Chamber of Commerce and Industry WA since January 2019, Caitlin has also held roles in client support, specializing in incentives. Prior to this, Caitlin worked as a Graphic Designer at Cover'd Creations, creating book cover designs for authors globally. Additional experience includes administrative and customer service roles at Yarloop Community Resource Centre and Waroona Community Resource Centre, as well as serving as a Polling Assistant for the Australian Electoral Commission during key elections. Caitlin's educational background features certificates in Tourism and Business, alongside a High School Certificate.
