Aj Jorgenson

AJ Jorgenson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in membership engagement, strategic initiatives, and diversity advocacy. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce since February 2023, AJ leads membership engagement strategies and supports organizational transformation efforts. As the founder of The Culture Consultant and a member of Chief since January 2021 and August 2021 respectively, AJ focuses on empowering women leaders and fostering collaboration across industries. Prior to these roles, AJ held significant positions at The Manufacturing Institute, where responsibilities included advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives and overseeing the Women’s Initiative, and at the National Association of Manufacturers, overseeing board engagement. AJ's diverse background also includes project management roles at Mars and the American Health Lawyers Association. AJ holds a BA in Journalism and Political Science from Marquette University.
