Caleb Conaway

Caleb Conaway is an experienced operations professional currently serving as the Director of Operations and previously as a Staff Assistant for the U.S. House of Representatives since July 2021. Prior experience includes working as an Executive Assistant at Bentley Arrow and Lubbock Kids Dental from July 2020 to May 2021, a Runner at WEBB Stokes & Sparks in early 2019, and Campaign Manager for the School Board Race with the San Angelo Independent School District from February to April 2019. Caleb Conaway holds a degree in Business Management from Texas Tech University, attended from 2019 to 2021, and studied Management and Legislative Law at Angelo State University in 2018-2019.
