Keith Webster

Keith Webster is an accomplished leader in the defense and aerospace sectors, currently serving as President of the Defense and Aerospace Council at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce since February 2018. Previously, Keith held several prominent positions, including Interim Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Hensoldt Inc USA from January 2018 to March 2023, and Senior Vice President for Defense and Aerospace at the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum. Keith's extensive experience includes serving as Director of International Cooperation for the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Defense Exports and Cooperation, and Director of Business Operations at the Defense Security Cooperation Agency. With over 25 years of expertise in international policy, defense material sales, and scientific collaboration, Keith has significantly contributed to U.S. defense initiatives. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in International Relations from The Catholic University of America and a Bachelor's degree in Business & Finance from Towson University, as well as a fellowship at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
