Kristen Delguzzi

Kristen DelGuzzi currently serves as Vice President and Editor in Chief at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, a position held since March 2023. Previously, Kristen held various leadership roles at USA TODAY from June 2018 to February 2023, including Senior Director of Opinion, Engagement & Partnerships, Opinion Editor, and Managing Editor for Politics & World, where strategic vision for political coverage and audience growth was set. Prior to that, Kristen was the Founding Director of the Digital Operations Team at USA TODAY NETWORK, overseeing digital management for multiple newsrooms, and served as Senior Director of Digital and Audience Growth at The Arizona Republic. Kristen also held significant editorial roles at The Arizona Republic, including Director of the News Publishing Center and Senior Editor. Kristen began the career as Deputy Business Editor at The Plain Dealer and holds a B.S. in Journalism from Kent State University.
