Lindsay Cates

Lindsay Cates is a communications and strategy professional with extensive experience in organizations focused on media and political events. Currently serving as Senior Manager at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce since January 2020, Cates has held progressively responsible roles, beginning as an Associate Manager. Prior experience includes tenure at U.S. News & World Report as an Associate Editor and Publications Associate, as well as a role in organizing the Washington and Lee University Mock Convention. Additional experience includes guiding bike and Segway tours at Unlimited Biking and positions as a reporter and intern in various media outlets. Cates holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Washington and Lee University.
