Stephen McAllister

Stephen McAllister serves as the Vice President of the Eastern Region for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce since August 2012, overseeing legislative, political, and grassroots efforts across several states. Additionally, McAllister has been a member of the Board of Directors for RIHousing since April 2014, appointed by Rhode Island governors Lincoln Chafee and Gina Raimondo. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Advance for the Executive Office of the Governor from January 2011 to August 2012 and as Field Director for Chafee for Governor from September 2009 to December 2010, where McAllister managed campaign operations. Earlier professional experience includes working as a Constituent/Community Liaison for Senator John E. Sununu of New Hampshire from June 2002 to March 2009. McAllister holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Saint Anselm College and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of New Hampshire.
