Blythe Masters has had an extensive and successful career in the financial sector. Blythe began their career at Credit Suisse before moving to GCM Grosvenor. Blythe then spent two years as a Non Executive Director at A.P. Moller - Maersk before joining SandboxAQ. In January 2020, they became a Non Executive Director at OPEN DIGITAL SERVICES SL, where they are responsible for Santander's digital retail banking technology platform. Prior to their current role as Advisor at the Chamber of Digital Commerce, they were with Motive Partners and MAXEX, LLC.

After attending the prestigious Ashford School, Blythe Masters went on to study economics at the University of Cambridge. Blythe then worked in various finance-related jobs before becoming a managing director at J.P. Morgan.
