Jason Weinstein

Jason Weinstein is currently an advisor at the Chamber of Digital Commerce. Jason has held many prestigious positions throughout their career in law, including Deputy Assistant Attorney General at the Criminal Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, Assistant U.S. Attorney/Chief of the Violent Crime Section/Assistant Chief of the Criminal Division at the U.S. Attorney's Office in Baltimore, MD, and Assistant U.S. Attorney at the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Southern District of New York. Jason Weinstein began their career as a Special Investigative Counsel at the U.S. Department of Justice before moving to Fulbright & Jaworski LLP as an associate.

Jason Weinstein attended Princeton University, where they earned an AB in Political Science and Government. Jason then attended The George Washington University Law School, where they earned a Doctor of Law (JD).
