Umair Karowadia

Umair Karowadia is an associate attorney in the Tax Planning & Business Transactions group. He received his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School and LL.M. in Taxation from the New York University School of Law.

Prior to joining the firm, Umair was an associate in KPMG's M&A Tax practice group.
