James Haggerty

James Haggerty is a seasoned professional in legal research and publication, currently serving as Research Director for USA Operations at Chambers and Partners since August 2015. Haggerty has led innovative research initiatives and strategic direction for the Chambers USA guide from the London office, previously holding roles such as Head of USA Research and Deputy Editor, overseeing comprehensive research operations and methodology development. Educationally, Haggerty holds two Master of Philosophy degrees in Viking and Medieval Norse Studies from the University of Oslo and Háskóli Íslands, along with a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Birmingham. Haggerty's early experience includes a brief internship at Blue Rubicon, an award-winning PR agency.
