Matt Hicks

Matt Hicks has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Matt started their career at Liberty Bank of Arkansas, serving in various roles such as AVP-Loan Operations Manager, Assistant Vice President of Lending, and Vice President of Lending. In 2013, they moved to Centennial Bank as the Market President before transitioning to Great Southern Bank as the Northwest Arkansas Market Manager. Later, they joined First National Bank of NWA as the Vice President, Commercial Lender, and Fayetteville Market Leader. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Credit Officer at Chambers Bank.

Matt Hicks attended Arkansas State University from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management/Finance. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Harding University.
