Before joining the Chameleon Collective, Michelle founded Mesmerize Media Consulting, a boutique media consulting firm based in Northern Arizona. Chameleon clients include performance marketing startup Tibrio and global e-commerce platform provider Flow. For the last 16 years, Michelle has led award-winning teams for some of the most prestigious B2B PR agencies in the world, including LEWIS, Red Lorry Yellow Lorry and Metis Communications. Previous clients include Elo Touch, Intralinks, Falcon, GE Energy, Virtru and INSIGHTEC.

Her campaigns have won multiple PR awards, including the PRSA Silver Anvil, the Holmes Report SABRE Award, and the New England Publicity Club Bellringer. Before becoming a PR professional, Michelle was a business journalist and editor. Today, she brings these skills to her media relations work as well as marketing content writing and strategy,
