Monte also founded the Initiate Systems Government Operations and served as the Vice President and GM before its acquisition by IBM. Additionally, they started the Government Division for Documentum and grew it into a high-performing division. After the acquisition by EMC, they were promoted to Vice President, EMC Software Group.

Prior to these roles, Monte worked at Oracle Government Operations as a Regional Manager, demonstrating their extensive experience in the technology industry.
