Douglas Crabb has a diverse work experience spanning over several positions and companies. Douglas started their career at Duha Group in 1991 and held various positions within the company until 1999. From 1999 to 2004, they worked as the National Accounts Manager at Duha Group. In 2004, they became the Marketing Manager until 2006 when they were promoted to the role of Global Director: Sales & Marketing. In this position, they were responsible for leading a sales team and expanding the customer base in India. In 2014, Douglas became the Director of Operations at Duha Group before being promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer in 2016. In addition to their work at Duha Group, they also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Chameleon Color Cards starting in 2016.
Douglas Crabb earned their MBA degree in Business/Commerce, General from Queen's University in 1999. Douglas also completed their Master of Business Administration - MBA from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University during the same period. Prior to that, they pursued their undergraduate studies in Computer Science at the University of Manitoba from 1988 to 1992. Douglas completed their high school education at St. Paul's High School from 1984 to 1988.
