Kerry Brugger

Kerry is a lifelong resident of Urbana and has been with the City as Director of Administration since February 2012. Prior to joining the City; he was with Navistar, Inc., serving as a Corporate Supply Manager with responsibility for select contract services in all. Over the past several years, he has served on the City’s Building and Zoning Board of Appeals, the 2010 Charter Review Committee, and the City Council from January 2010 until February 2012. Kerry has served on the Board of Directors for the Champaign County Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau and currently serves on the City of Urbana’s Planning Commission and the Champaign County Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee. manufacturing and parts distribution facilities in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
